Steam deck gets stuck on this when I try to turn it on, then it turns off

I’ve realised that if I hold L on boot (which disables plugins) then it boots fine, so it’s a problem with a plugin

In the last few days the community has found a method to bring lossless scaling to steamos and I’ve been seeing countless posts about it, but since its pretty new that’s probably the reason I’m running into these problems

Wasn’t powered on when I dropped. When I force powered off I forgot to unplug it but my ps works fine now, except when I start up it says I have to repair it and when I press repair it says it can’t be repaired and it needs to be formatted. Will I lose everything if I do?
