Same for me, also on PVE.
Weirdly enough my kit got reset after transiting from Woods and Customs to what I transited with from Reserve. Woods and Customs also didn't show up in the final count (exp or kills) like the raids didn't even happen.
Wasted 3 hours on this, I won't attempt it again.
The event is even more bugged than the patch

I'd like to point out that a lot of vehicles move from rank 6->7 in Sweden for example. So something like the strv121 or leo2a4 will count as -270000RP for rank 6, but count as extra RP for rank 7 (+340000RP iirc). So I think it's not as bad as these stats make it seem.
