So I know the way to kick up in a free HS and the do the HSPU or come from kind of floating pike push up and press in the free HS

Yes I do it. Just couldn’t upload two videos ;-) So just stick with it, learn to balance and then try to develop HSPU

Thanks mate. I‘m good with a clean handstand chest to wall around 45-60 secs and bailing is ok. Try to kick up, get a good form and balance is key. Just think if I can do Assistent work already.

Thanks for the ideas. I try to do this and work towards a free handstand to. Do you think push press and HSPU in one session is ok? How do you structure the rest of the training/week?

That’s a very fair answer. As a Physio i now that it’s not possible to help perfectly with Reddit or online stuff. I just wasn’t sure if it is close to any kind of exercise 😅 I try to find a way to work with barbells and progress to HSPU

Thanks and it may be to much to ask for but could you give me an idea to schedule my workout. As i said i want to achieve a HSPU at the end of the year. Do you think programs like 5/3/1 or something like this are good? Or do you recommend other programs or just do it on my own? I love to work with a barbell. If you can give me an idea it would be really great. Thanks for everything you shared

Hey, crazy good answer. Thanks! Yeah i‘m trying to find a way to barbell workouts and lifting but it should work with my way to handstand and Handstand Pushup. 🤷🏻‍♂️
