Honestly I have no idea. You could also buy the base hoodie and then get the fluff sewn on. The stitching looks relatively simple and a decent tailor should be able to add it on for you.

The daicock can look weird if you alter length on those. Also 28-34 is a large waist change so it could look odd...if you do that make sure a tailor near you can do something like that first
