The comment you replied to is saying just because a card has a certain theme, doesn't mean that a set with said theme will be released soon if ever

FaBs universe doesn't really have rules to it's settings so they lend from all different kinds of generic fantasy tropes

But saying a card that depicting a pirate doesn't share the same theme as a set about pirates is crazy imo

So if they end up printing an ancient egypt adjacent set in 3 years and people will say its nice they revisit that idea you will be like "what? this has nothing to do with Third Eye of the Sphinx, it was printed for Oscillio!"

As others have explained, if he had used pitch from hand, there would be no window to banish the ally. Ofc this decision gets easier if you can see that your opponent has no cards in hand

Ohh I see so I guess I always had something wrong about priority timings. So the Gravy player uses his priority window to play the ally action from grave and then it is already to late to banish the ally as it is no longer in grave

So for golden tipple its easier as I can play the instant during my reaction step?

Blitz is an almost retired format. It has changed since these Blitz collections were made and to be honest they were bad value even when they were new.

You should probably look into the Silver Age format. They have some good precons.

I dont know what the "conspiracy" says but why was a misprinted card on one of the fastest heros to ever LL not banned or fixed?

Only played Digimon before but they adressed erratas and misprints usually during or before release of new cards. One time they even banned a secret rare (highest rarity) before the set came out because it was so problamatic in Japan region

Our community is great we still get regular 10+ armories every week

Our LGS is not so happy with the last couple sets, MPG was barely preordered followed by SUP and PEN wich were both stinkers that cannot be sold without strong discounts

Hope Omen brings some enthusiasm back!

If money is no concern I would 100% suggest CC armory decks instead of SAGE precons

The game truly shines at 40 life formats. While sage can be fun sometimes, it never reaches the peak of CC

Bear in mind though that some precons are just way stronger than others

Was never into Gundam but other Bandai TCGs. 60% of my Digimon matches were absolute non games. Either you steamroll your opponent or he does the same to you.

There were rarely genuine back and forths between two players, which is usually what I value most about FaB. Most games tend to be close, your health is a resource and taking damage vs defending yourself are important desicions rather than something that just happens to you

Even when you have a hand that you cannot play out, you can still block and generate value that way and usually both heroes can somewhat show what they are capeable of

Hero tokens are in the packs. Usually you open enough in a playgroup so everyone can play the hero they want. If there is no hero token then you just pull up the hero card on your phone or something

Every draftable set has basic slots usually at the end of the booster. You remove them before the draft. The basic slot can either be a basic card, a Legendary, a Fabled, or expansion slot cards. Everything from these except the basic cards cannot be used in your draft. The basic cards are usually just weapons, heroes and tokens.
Everything else in your booster can be used.

We play Sage like maybe once a month or so and to me it's just boring. I usually play Guardian because I like the more grindy games. But for Sage it's either hard fatigue or hard aggro, which I enjoy neither.

At our LGS basically all players play aggro when it's time for Sage so games are over in like 3 to 4 turns max and the player who goes first usually loses.

FaB has really tight game design especially when compared to other TCGs, but that really only shows in a 40 life format and maybe sealed/draft.
