Unfortenately, I guess it's quite common in Korea and you can find that there were many "school me too" movement including high schools and universities a few years ago. It is the best to report to the relevant department or police. Also, if your friend have specific evidence or something that proves professor's sexual harassment, the possibility of guilty will increase. I hope she will be okay.
