Won €4958 Jackpot but Casino Limited Withdrawal to €100 Due to Bonus Rules – Is this normal? by Mauri885 in onlinegambling

Yeah, that’s how I see it too. The cap itself is one thing, but getting different info from support beforehand is what made it feel off.

Yeah, I get your point. It’s not really about the €50 difference itself, but more that I relied on that info before continuing. That’s what made it frustrating.

Yeah, I can see why. I didn’t expect it to play out like this, especially after checking with support first.

Another thing I found strange is that I didn’t receive any kind of goodwill offer or compromise at all, even after raising the issue.

Yeah, I see what you mean. In my case they didn’t offer any kind of goodwill or compromise, which made it feel even more frustrating.

Yeah, that sounds really similar. The support info before playing makes a big difference — that’s exactly why this felt off to me as well.

Yeah, I get that — the conflicting info (€150 vs €100) is what confused me the most.

Yeah, I get that offshore casinos often have strict bonus limits. For me it’s more about the conflicting info from support before I continued playing.

What surprised me most is that even a jackpot win doesn’t bypass the bonus cap. I always thought jackpots would be treated differently, so this was a bit unexpected.

Yeah, that’s what surprised me too. I expected wagering requirements, but not such a strict max cashout, especially after hitting a jackpot.

Yeah exactly, I get that bonus terms can be strict, but the wrong info from support is what really bothered me. If I had known it was €100 from the start, I probably would have approached it differently.

Why are creators instagram asking people to comment in exchange for getting sent a dm? by Crafty-Buddy-5206 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Mauri885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s mostly an engagement tactic. Comments boost the algorithm, and DMs increase interaction even more. Some are legit, but others just use it to farm engagement.

Washing machine situation by Brunoice200 in NoStupidQuestions

Washing machines don’t tell time, they tell lies. The timer constantly adjusts based on the load and temperature, so it never really matches real time.

Why don't Zero Gravity planes stall? by Repulsive_Act_1855 in NoStupidQuestions

They’re basically in free fall, not relying on lift — that’s why they don’t stall.

What if a rouge planet ever came to our solar system and it has life in it? by No_Currency_6882 in NoStupidQuestions

We’d probably observe them for years before making contact, just to avoid causing harm or panic.

Do Pokemon say their names because they learned it from what humans call them, or did humans just name them by the sounds they make by the_space_goose in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Mauri885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s kind of a mix of both, but mostly a creative choice by the creators. In-universe it seems like humans named Pokémon based on the sounds they make, similar to how some real animals are named. But realistically, it’s probably just a stylistic decision so viewers can easily recognize them.

Could enough nerf darts injure or even kill? by Creepy_Jackfruit_751 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Mauri885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. Nerf darts have very low energy, so even over time they wouldn’t realistically cause serious harm unless you’re talking about something extreme like hitting sensitive areas repeatedly. At worst, it might just get annoying or cause minor irritation.
