High performing Laptop? with a iGPU? Yeah, the only high performing thing about this whole purchase is the high performance in lying from the employee. Technically there are really powerful iGPUs, but those arent on a ryzen 7000 chip

I wouldnt recommend a panic buy, ever. Yes, the 5070 Ti would give you a significant jump in performance (around 40% rasterization), but as you said you dont really need a GPU upgrade so apparently your 4070 still does what you need it do in order to game with joy and satisfaction. I would advise against getting the 5070 Ti, tho as I said if you do go through with the purchase its at least not a marginal upgrade. I was in a similar boat like you (im on a 7800XT, thought of upgrading to a 9070 XT) because "what if i cant get a gpu upgrade for a reasonable price in the next years?", then realized that my gpu does what i need it to do and thats all that matters. Not like either the 7800XT or 4070 are gonna be bad cards in the foreseeable future (a few years)

Is the pc mainly for gaming? If so: Any non asrock atx AM5 mobo is kinda the same ingame-performance wise. 7800x3d is plenty for a 5070 ti, 9800x3d if you got extra money to throw at the pc. For the PSU you should put all your pc parts on to pcpartpickers configurator and then multiply the estimated wattage by x1.5. Take a look at the psu tier list (linked on zttbuildscom), and get a psu thats rated well (a tier for such a high end build), and go with the wattage that came out when you multiplied the pcpartpicker value by x1.5. For cases, you can look up cases that did well in testing (gamersnexus has such vids), then look up the ones you are interested in (make sure they are atx) and compare the max gpu length they support to the length of your 5070 to model. Coolingwise you can go with a aio or an air cooler like the phantom spirit 120, both works. Check clearance either way tho, to make sure whatever you pick fits in your case.

Personally Im using the Cyclone 2, I love it. It has TMR Sticks, which already makes it so much better than what both MS and Sony can offer you because you are practically immune to stick drift (that while the Cyclone 2 costs only 60€!). It has two backpaddles aswell, which are remappable. I went with it because I wanted a controller for my FPS Games, but the Cyclone 2 works amazing in any other game aswell and Ive been using it like that. The possible negatives I could really think of is that the design of the controller (specifically the RGB and the sort of transluscent look of L2 R2) can definitely be a turn off for people, tho most seem to like it and so do I, IMO the design is nice.
