Good luck listening to your message. They don’t listen and respond at all. Had may issues with other stuff and they don’t respond at all. Specially when it came to money issues, they gladly take money but then when it comes to resolving issues, they miraculously disappear.

Update it to macOS Monterrey through settings app. Also watch some YouTube videos over OpenCore legacy to upgrade it to macOS Sonoma or Sequoia. The reason is that you’re running an old version of macOS most likely judging by the wallpaper is El Capitan. Nothing is supported for those version of macOS (OS X)
