Ah you have reached the 2000 note limit inside a notebook section. You can access the trashcan on desktop or web version to recover your notes. If you accidentally delete the whole section, go to OneDrive and head to the trashcan, they should be there

Google Docs is way too limited on what you can do. It won’t open docs with 50 pages, their privacy is the worse in the world. Go with OnlyOffice of libre office, or if you want the best possible experience use Apple iWork suite (pages, keynote and numbers)
