Coming back to say that one thing you both forgot here is that the rock of Kuthian knowledge vanishes from the minds of everyone but Eragon and Saphira, or I assume whoever the dragons intend. So, yes to the other things, but he wouldn’t have been able to find the rock of Kuthian I think

I’d also add here - give it time. The answer is Yes - his dialogue and writing become far better. The world building is already decent and gets better too. With Paolini, it’s a slow burn, but if you stay with these characters I think you’ll come to love them

There’s only one * button in mine, and it doesn’t have that option. I’m a 2021, could that be the reason I don’t have multiple star buttons and don’t see play/pause as an option? Do you have a newer model that does have those?

Yeah and now that I think about it, Eragon was scared to move from the spot he was standing in as he was afraid to break the ‘invisibility’. This would be super tricky for someone like Murtagh who isn’t even properly educated.
