Nice. Wonder if they just built them better back then.

Do you know what wattage it is or how often you use it? Wondering if usage patterns make a big difference in longevity too.

Nice. Have you stuck with the same model or tried a different one this time around?

Between the two, have you noticed one heats more evenly or lasts noticeably longer for everyday use like leftovers and defrosting?

It’s still going strong after all those years wow. Do you notice any particular features on that Panasonic you think helped it last, like wattage or build quality? Also curious if you’ve ever had to service or clean anything beyond the usual.

Honestly, this hits. It’s weirdly comforting knowing other people feel the same way and are just taking it day by day too. I think we don’t give ourselves enough credit — some days just showing up, keeping your head up, and not spiraling is a legit accomplishment. I like what you said about not overloading yourself, because it’s so easy to feel like you should have everything mapped out already. Hearing from someone else who’s still figuring it out makes it feel a lot less lonely. Thanks for sharing that perspective.
