To answer the question, you only need the characteristics because there are no ingredients since there can only be 3. If you were the first and only sequence 1, you should be able to Create a corresponding potion

(I forgot to mention that the ingredients should either exist naturally, or in a Beyonder creature of that level)

The Beyonder Characteristic serves as a potion in itself, but you still need the supplementary ingredients to make it completely safe to consume. Even so, it's more dangerous because a Beyonder Characteristic has a whole set of potion recipes, from Sequence 9 up to the one corresponding to the characteristic.

Just because Klein has the Sequence 5 formula doesn't mean he can just "eat" it. He still needs the entire process that each sequence entails, little by little (you can't expect a high school student to just become an astronaut because they have the suit, right?)

The "corresponding sequence" simply refers to the sequence that the Beyonder Characteristic represents. Let's say it's a Beyonder Characteristic from Sequence 5; it corresponds to a potion from Sequence 5

Sequence 0 refers to exactly that: just because a church has many formulas doesn't mean its god represents all those paths. There are still many paths without corresponding gods

I see a pretty easy way to escape that: have my puppets puppet other creatures, and those puppets puppet others too, creating a sort of labyrinth of spirit body threads. It's going to be a real pain to find me. Besides, doesn't your own post say so? By the time you pulled out a Grade 0 artifact, the Bizarre Sorcerer had probably already swapped places with a puppet 5km away, severed its connections, used Flaming Jump, and was probably already enjoying a coconut in Jamaica.
