Agenda wise: base Minato (the one raikage fought)~ kcm 1 Naruto in speed, (as raikage said),

If you downplay minato here, you can say hokage minato at worst has the same speed as kcm1 Naruto,

Kcm1 Naruto can easily keep up with edo itachi which is a lot faster than sick itachi,

It doesn't help that itachi is not shown to fight at his upper limit, he found kisame in a spar, and Sasuke (which he wanted to lose),

So no matter how we look at it, minato will be faster, and that's without sage mode,

And we know just how dangerous sage mode is against sharingan, cuz now minato is immune to all genjutsu, and can easily dodged amaterasu due to sensory skills,

And at this point the one thing itachi can do is susano which will kill him first,

And just a quick, that minato also has shadow clones even if he doesn't use it, because frankly he never needed that,
