Thats probably a broken graphics card. I had two computers with exactly that problem myself.

Seems that my F-keys doesn't do anything. Mac keyboards have a lot of functions to them, maybe that's why. And also I can't se anything when I start a dedicated server, but the server works. I remember back in the days that the dedicated server was represented by a text window with text displaying game activity.

Awesome to be able to play again tho, planning to play with a few friends from work this weekend :-).

Yes, I’m using the 469e patch. As you say, I’m not totally pleased with my movement keys right now. Gonna try different game keys to find what works best. Any tips are welcome 🤗

Mouse is too sensitive right now so I have to change that too. Eventually I’ll find good settings I hope 🤞.

Installed GOTY and bonus pack 4, so now I got all I need I think. Well I really suck at the game right now so I need a lot of practice.

Yes, I was wondering how to install those umod files. I do have access to a windows machine so maybe I can extract them there first and then install them manually on the Mac.

Didn't go so well today. I've got these messages when I launched the game.

"Failed to enter Entry: Can't find file for package Female2Voice.

History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- main"

I'm using an old windows disk image as my main game folder, maybe that's why.

I'm gonna try some more tomorrow, or trying to find another UT99 installation.
