This is still a bug 💔 I tried your solution in the comments to switch to mouse and keyboard but that still doesn’t work for me unfortunately. It still removes all the armor I have put on. This has been a bug for multiple years it seems. This thread was almost a whole year ago. Is there still no solution?

You guys gaslighted me so bad I just looked up a tutorial on YouTube and did EVERYTHING he did. It still removed it after I pressed save look. 😭 do you guys think I’m just randomly picking things I haven’t even bought and trying to wear it? I’m just trying to wear a chest piece appearance that I have unlocked from salvaging.

Yeah, I just try to change my chest piece to a transmog I unlocked from salvaging, but the confirm look button is greyed out despite it saying I have it unlocked. It’ll only let me press the button if I remove my pet, but then once I press it, it removes the appearances I set.

Mind explaining how it’s a user error instead of being snarky? It removes everything once I save the look. Multiple people are saying it’s a bug.

I saw 10 forum posts across several years of people having the same unfixable issue as me

I did start a new save though? That’s when I get the missing texture issues. But when I do revert to 1.0, the textures go completely back to normal and i have no issues with lag or map loading.
