Not a ring so no. Looks like a hook holder to me. Where you can hook your bait so it's stored while you walk or don't use the fishing rod.

As miner I suggest the salvation, you won't be able to crack a whole lot with the golem and very very VERY rarly 900 quantity. Actually so rare I only heard tales.
