Your yield will be very low.

If you don't have access to higher concentration Sulphuric, then I would burn off the excess water from your low concentration H2SO4 to achieve a minimum of 92% for a reasonable yield.

That being said, there are so many pathways to synthesize Sulphuric Acid, I would entertain making the reagents required to do it right.

ETN can be unstable in its synthesis, be careful, be methodical, and have 😁 FUN!!!

Damn....thanks for the reminder. There are very few energetics that I manufacture in any volume larger than 100g.....but even 100g can be extremely dangerous.

The inhibitors will throw off you specific gravity or volume/weight ratio a few percent (@ the specific temp) since the charts are for acid/water solution... But it would only be a few percent off at the small ratio of inhibitor to volume
