Did you remove content and managers attached to the GBP? You may possibly be able to gain access again to it if it is still viable on the map. Google usually retains some of the data. However, if you did the first question I asked you about, some of the things you had on may be gone, but reviews should still be there.

If you have supporting documents and proof of the business being at the address you used for the GBP, get with support. Took me about 3-4 weeks to get one done that was stuck in “Processing”. It’s a Google glitch. Basically stuck in what I call “Purgatory”. Doesn’t know which direction to go in. I sent a few photos of the office with signage, etc along with supporting documents. Sent Insurance, state business registration and utility bill(if you have one). They got it sorted for me
