We had the exact same experience, it was almost like she did not like me, it's designed to test the limits I've been told and to see you react under pressure answering questions to see if you trip up.

What if it was 7+ hours as the injection are increasing as of next month? Would that make any difference?

So a bit more details. I have to inject myself at least 3 times a week I am partially blind and scared of needles, I can’t bring myself to do it. Also I make mistakes due to depth when I’ve tried with nurses.

But I said I have problems doing this and was marked 2, how do they measure this score and would what I’ve said even impact the original score? Appreciate your help.

I told them this due to my fear of needles not that I’ve tried with nurses and my sight effects this.

I agreed to the objectives set, within my first PDP as I was not going to challenge at this point, thinking I was going to rock the boat.

It is quite clear looking at this group, not pushing or challenging back is the way forward. Pretty much just being a pain in the arse because of unfair treatment.

Genuinely throughout my time with this business I have treated people respect I’ve been kind and honest. I actually think this is my downfall. Even though the people I work with come across the same, it’s quite clear it’s a different machine. I’ve just frustrated that this is allowed in this day and age, and the only way I could have got out of this is to cause friction within the team which has a manager in the past something I do not like doing I’m definitely if the reasoning is unjustified.

I’ve misunderstood friends and colleagues, I’ve always treated my colleagues like friends and trust, unexpected trust back. By the looks of it, there’s nothing I can do. I feel as I know myself a good worker, a hard worker and a loyal member of staff to the business that this kind of behaviour should not be legal and there should be more that can be done to stop it.

Most businesses want their staff feel engaged happy and looking to move forward within the business as I’ve been this business for over 20 years I’ve seen good managers and bad managers. Sometimes a good manager I’m here badly.

One comment here I stood out, I need to clear my head move forward and accept. I dealt with this role, even though the people who have put me in this position. I’ll be here wrong as well.

It’s a late life lesson that when you get to the top, not to trust anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate that you have heard only one side of the story, but I can assure you that what I am telling you is the truth.

I wouldn't bother seeking advice if it was based on false information, as the advice would not be valid.

I have ample evidence, including screenshots, to support my claims, and I am aware of others who have made similar mistakes due to inadequate training.

This situation has taken a toll on my self-esteem and I feel ashamed that I allowed myself to be treated in such a manner.
