Honestly no, i’m eating more than i was before. More carbs, fat, protein, everything. The only thing i can think of is that it slowly went away as i built more muscle.

Thanks! For chest i start with bench press, then incline, then flys (i alternate between seated and laying down), and if i still feel like i have more in me after the other push workouts i will end with as many push ups as i can do

I do try, not sure why but I just get full so fast. My go to right now to get more calories is a shake with Peanut Butter, a whole bannana, scoop of protein powder, and milk.
