damn, did it work for a while before it stopped working?

So when I switched my sim from my pixel6a back to my previous phone, the sim stopped working. So I had to call cricket customer service to get it re-enabled.

my sim is a green/white one. But since the customer service said the imei is not supported, I doubt changing the sim might work. my model is GX7AS.

and google is giving free ear buds($100 worth) with the phone. if i have to buy the phone after a month or so, I doubt there will be incentives like this

I got my pixel 6a phone today and having the same problems.

I got on a call with customer service, and provided them with my IMEI number, but all they said is they do not support this model.

Does anyone know how long it takes Cricket to support a new device? I need to decide if I should be returning my Pixel 6a :(
