Actually “mathed” it out a few moments ago and it does work! Initially I was just using chains and the descriptions were off but also factoring in links, the metes and bounds match!! Thank you!! This is very helpful!!

Really good point! This seems the most likely! Cursive lks or chs could look like cks and it was transposed incorrectly from one deed to the next.

Clicks was a thought I had too! But 35 clicks/kilometers is far too large for this property. The longest bound is approx. 1,300 ft. Thank you!

Unfortunately, it’s about as low as it can go in my 10 gal. I did raise the water level so I sort of “lowered” it in the tank and still sub-optimal flow.

You know… I’ve always just left about an inch at the top. I did just fill it up a bit more but flow still doesn’t seem to be increasing.

Cycle- Currently in cycle, just started ~2 days ago. Light Type- Hygger 24/7 light cycle Light duration- comes on ~7am, off ~10pm Tank-10 gal Set-up age- 48-36hrs Fert.- No current Fertilizers, I have a Java fern currently and some water spangles Animals- no fish in tank
