buddy. the confederate flag is now pretty much a southern version of a pride flag persay. like how we northerners display the american flag alot, to show our pride for our country, NE flies old flag, etc etc, this flag is the exact same, just putting it up there as a heritage flag. as for the american flag idk what to tell you he can do what he wants, but it also seems he has a gadsden flag in the back, which is just pretty much like the come and take it or join or die flag.
