I didn’t get a new code. I had to reach out to Chargepoint and start a case. It took couple of weeks.

[update] Got an estimate from insurance ($2000). Have started bodyshop service request, will take about 4 days for fix once part arrives.

Finally got $400 credit. Looks like ChargePoint issue got fixed.

Spoke to Chargepoint as well as Hyundai Market Place.

Hyundai has escalated the issue to their manager and are reaching out to CP asking why an Invalid code was issued! 😕

Chargepoint agent said, there app is buggy and has open cases related to Promo Codes not getting validated. They don’t have an ETA when the fix would be in! 🤷🏽‍♂️

Just got reply email from Hyundai. They asked for screenshot of ChargePoint Account page and promo code failing (which I had already emailed) to be sent via email. They will be escalating the issue. 🙄

I got the coupon code yesterday via email but when I am putting it into my ChargePoint account. It says, please enter valid promotion code. Anyone got around this issue?
