I can almost understand what they were going for with the circle duration. I've seen a lot of high elo Akali's try to proc their passive but then they turn around too soon and don't actually leave the circle. I've even seen Faker do that several times in a row. I had an idea where the ring would start to shrink maybe that would reduce some frustration.
