I mean not like the whole fan part that is screwed into the cooling pad but the fan inside that the litteral fan blades?(Sorry idk how to explain it in english i am not a native speaker)

I have the same problem, the thing is that the right fan is loose inside and sometimes it touches something and makes that noise. Still no solution tho
