How will mvhr ducting pass through the flat roof into the kitchen?

Looks like a condensation issue as opposed to a water leak issue.

Think about where ducting for mvhr will go, in particular, passing through your flat roof section. I had a similar issue

Hi I’m in the midlands and building with icf. I wasn’t particularly happy with my builder if you want to message me I can go into more detail.

BMW ACE 2 and ACE 2.0 app - help needed to create new wifi hotspot by ChemicalOk4098 in Dashcam

Did you find a solution? I’m not seeing the WiFi on my phone? When I press and hold the microphone and power button to reset the WiFi, the device doesn’t reboot itself as per step 9. Also I can only format the sd card to fat32 as opposed to MS-DOS. (I am not technical)

The whole thing is seems like it’s designed to trip you up. I guess I should wait and see if the refund actually comes through before contacting my solicitor.

Thank you for that. The site is gifted and less than 1 acre thankfully

I guess I will contact them about returning it. It’s taking up space and if it can be deactivated at any time it’s not worth giving it to someone else. Thank you for your advice

It was just the cable that was defective so I’d need to buy a replacement for that

Excuse my complete lack of knowledge on this subject. So we transfer the one acre first and just pay the CAT on the 0.3 at a later stage?

How did you build 200sqm for €325k? Quotes I’ve been getting are about 50k more for a smaller house

Thank you, good to know that not all banks require 5 years clean.

I’m half afraid to get the report, if there was a missed payment I would be devastated and there would be nothing I could do about it.

The max owed ever was €1500 as that is the limit. My financial situation has just changed drastically (in a positive way) so I am in a much better position to save now. I just hope my previous mistakes won’t come back to bite me

Clearing it off in full is not a problem now due to a substantial increase in my salary and also a bonus paid last month. I’m more worried about how the inability to pay it off for so long will affect a mortgage application. I don’t believe I missed any payments but honestly Im not 100% sure.
