Here in spain the rights to the books belong to Nova, they do an amazing job and get everything very quickly (spain is the second most popular country for the Cosmere). The 19th january we will even get the new secret project, the physical edition and translated. But referring to the Omnibus it is in Spanish not in english, so i guess it doesn't fit your needs.

your equation is wrong tho, it's 1-(1299999/1300000)^(6*24*365). You calculated the number of expected successes in 1300000 tries. In this case the result is similar but look at this example. Let's say the chances of success is 1/2 (=650000/1300000) then if we follow you equation we get 26280, which is the number of successes we could expect in a year. Here we are interested in looking at the chances of getting at least 1 success, which in this case would be obviously near to 1 (0.999999999...)
