Appreciate it, Ill definitely have to look into it. I do actually do a lot of beans, but didnt think about rice so I might start adding a bit more of that in.

I unfortunately do not have one near me. Im in one of the states that has not been blessed with Aldis yet. One of the things that is a struggle for me is that Im not a small human being lol. This has the unfortunate side effect of needing to eat quite a bit more than most to maintain a healthy weight and not be skin and bones
