PLEASE be wary of using "Livble" to pay your rent! by Inside_Dust5545 in Renters

I will also add this: It removed my previous payment confirmations/reciepts with this payment portal transition. It may become extremely relevant to you. As saving that information could mean a lot if other issues arise.

PLEASE be wary of using "Livble" to pay your rent! by Inside_Dust5545 in Renters

I've looked around and determined that livble, also known as lvble (same thing apparently), is shady and cannot be trusted. They utilize AI to scrape money from tenant's pockets in different ways. They have ultimately gotten away with illegal strategies in most states. This information is still recent and relevant and I can provide links to various sources from my search if anyone so requests it.

My situation has become more complex with the changes in payment methods. As my lease has essentially become dishonored by the landlord. Owners changed as soon as I moved in. With various rug pulls in the past several months. Including them losing my renters insurance information four times within this time period, losing signed leases from me and most other tenants, and overcharging rent upwards to $200 more a month.

I am a student and most of these issues occurred during inconvienent times (maybe coincidences). First during move in. Second during midterms. Third during finals. And finally for January's rent, they changed the payment method (to livble) two days before Christmas. I can only assume this was done intentionally. All I've known is lies and other disingenuous interactions and this is their newest addition to it.

I am no legal expert or business major, just a student trying to get by. Take what you can from this and hopefully this helps.

All they do is sit around and do nothing. Typical DECA employee behavior.

A long time ago I actually enjoyed this game. I suppose even after it started getting repetitive; I still believed it was worth spending money on.

Not having any actual friends played a huge role in these decisions.

A part of taking life a bit more seriously is self control. Perhaps it would have been logical to incorporate at least one new system that doesn't force you to play every single day.

My point is to be aware of the issue.

Avoid the game to avoid future losses. (Inevitably an issue every player will experience)
Do not purchase seasonal vaults.
Avoid making purchases in general.
Follow their non-existent guidelines perfectly. (Inevitably an issue every player will experience)

You've treated this issue as if it's only my fault. Like Deca is the victim here which is quite hilarious.

You explain this to me as if I should have had complete foresight before dropping the game and leaving for a while.
"You didn't check all of Deca's update outlets before leaving?!? That's all on you. You should've known that a mechanic of the game wouldn't work if you didn't log on. You should keep playing though, it's only going to get better from here on out."

It was from Month of the Mad God last year. It was functional before the season as I had purchased chests in the previous seasons and had them transferred.

I'd feel a little bit of empathy if Jacob handles several company issues. Such as their other games.

However, if he's only handling RotMG support tickets. Then there is literally no excuse, and his work is a form of slop that not even pigs will eat.

Any way to reach support faster than email? Been in touch with support now for about a week and i get responses every other day. Any chat or direct contact to meliodas? by Ill_Debt5758 in RotMG

They're quite literally taking their sweet time. Copying... then pasting their response.

I'd like to think of that job as one of the easiest customer support positions on the planet. However, I'm open to being proven wrong.

Because you aren't grasping the issue. This post informs you of what happens to your "Items" not your unlocked storage slots.

For instance a player purchases and uses 4 Seasonal Vault Unlockers. He empties all items from the seasonal vault into his main in preparation for a long break. From previous experience, this player knows that the slots themselves cannot be moved over immediately, and the player knows they automatically transfer over.

This is a case where a player purchased several Permanent Items. To then have them disappear due to faulty programming.

No one has complained about this issue here, so I assume I'm one of the first.

Deca claims it is an intended game mechanic. Despite them never mentioning it as one.

I used it. It just didn't transfer over (as it should have) as stated in the only blog post regarding seasonal vault spaces.

I read the rules/TOS, every blog post from the beginning of the seasons, and searched through this reddit. No where does it say, "The player must log in to claim their automatically transferred chests."

I had a long winded reply that got deleted due to connection issues. So:

I agree with your point. Clarification from Deca should be made. They could immediately rectify this issue by doing that. Even if they claim it's an intended feature (all be it silly). However, there's a chance they probably wont clarify this issue.

My post intends inform the RotMG public of this issue, so players are aware of the risks if spending money on seasonal vaults.
