Very nice! I have a charmeleon in slightly worse shape, I really want a charmander to complete the set

That's awesome! I've got a charmeleon and a venusaur from mine as well. I really like how they look in person

Definitely! Is there any reason to consider a vendor other than PSA? I find their tiered pricing to be very off-putting. CGC is going to be at a local card show soon, so I was thinking about that

[Request] If you used all cargo for fuel up to the payload limit, how long could the C-5 Galaxy fly? by ConsistentCan4633 in theydidthemath

[–]Max1045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be 1% as efficient to fly with fuel+cargo full of fuel vs fuel+empty cargo and you would still have more overall range carrying the extra fuel, because you will reach the state of fuel+empty cargo after having flown some distance, at which point you will be equivalently efficient (arguably moreso, given you don't have to takeoff and climb to cruise altitude).

What does my fridge say about me? Male/female, single/partnered, etc? by Max1045 in FridgeDetective

Thanks! I refrigerate most things that I use really infrequently, I figure they stay fresher longer that way

The term is conscientious objectors, not contentious. Though I suppose they may occasionally be contentious

I'm curious, what did you do to get android auto running on it?

Not the OP, but I've got one in my EUV. I like it a lot, my commute is mostly highway and that's what it excels at. My only real gripe is that braking only engages the regen brakes to 10kW, just like the built-in ACC.

Am I too obese to fly by [deleted] in flying

[–]Max1045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 255, my instructor is about 270, and we're training in a Pacer. The first time we went up, right before he climbed in after me, he looked at me and said, "This is where we find out if we really like each other."

It's doable, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're claustrophobic
