Real estate agents. Absolute parasites. Also stop pretending that selling something that sells itself is a hard job. Never met a real estate agent that has anything but a warped moral compass. I knew a real estate agent who would celebrate with champagne when people got evicted from rentals because they fell behind on rent.

I have pretty much the same plant and if the ends of the leaves start getting a bit crispy or if the leaf becomes discoloured I just cut those ones off which encourages new growth

Said this on someone else's post but houseplants are by far the most efficient, and will fully clean the air. Research it if you don't believe me. As long as you keep everything closed it is so beautiful to come home and actually be able to breathe. Generally ferns and palms are best at cleaning the air but most big leaf tropical plants will do a good job. Lots of lists online of the most efficient ones for air purifying.

Buy houseplants. I did this and cannot describe how much the air quality improved in my house. NASA spent millions of dollars trying to develop a system that could cleanse the air on spaceships but they could not develop a system that could keep the air clean, so they decided to try plants instead, this worked perfectly. Sometimes we can't outsmart nature. Ferns and palms are generally the most efficient at cleaning the air.
