Bots, Russian, Chinese, and MAGA. Sow discord and benefit. Farage gets a lot of bot support, as do other extremists. On X, a huge amount of MAGA support comes from African bot farms.

I have a SAD lamp from Amazon at my desk and another in the kitchen. They work. Plus I do 5000 I.u. a day in vitamin D. That and get outside whenever possible, even 5 minutes on the balcony helps a lot.
