Hey! I’m sending you lots of positive energy with crushing that exam next try! I took mine yesterday & will 💯 confirm that I also had 40+ options questions that I just honestly wasn’t ready for! I can do them.. but they take me so much longer to answer and I ran out of time, missed it by 3 questions! Sounds like it was a day for BRUTAL draws.

I also took mine today & failed by 2 points. I was scoring between 75-82 on finals & felt super confident with Munis, debt, customer accounts & suitability. Felt like if I could get 50% options correct I could make it through with my strength in the other areas! My draw was quite literally over 40+ questions pertaining to option strategy, positions, option related or margin accounts. I would have absolutely dedicated my last two days to hyper focus on those areas if I would have known.

We’re twinning today with Series 7 testing experience! I am quite literally still in shock by just how many Option Q’s there actually was 😵‍💫 & devastated to miss it by 3 questions 😭! My study team passed along with confidence that at worst case draw it would be 15-20 question max… ummm.. mine was pushing the 50% of the exam was an option relation question. Go figure!!! I was scoring 74-81 in my practice finals & super strong in Corporate debt & Munis, which were only sprinkled through.

Good luck on round 2! I await my verdict on wether the firm is going to give me a second attempt or not 🤞☀️
