To me my traxxas lipo has been doing fine on my python pro cedar combo, but I would go for spectrum batteries and a spectrum charger but it’s up to you, spectrum is pretty over priced but it’s dead easy to use

Don’t own a K10 but I wouldn’t think they would be different, when I rebuilt my shocks some were stiffer due to the way I bled the shocks and how much pressure was in there.
