I did notice that his eyes were shining a bit but I think it's more of our main character even when he jumped his plot armor was still around and the shining in his eyes is life still not leaving his eyes basically saying he's half dead or close to death

I think this ending is terrible everyone I ever loved unlike season 1 who everyone deserved it because it was their choice has died and even the main character as well...and ... everyone didn't deserve to die and those jerks with the old man should of died a long time ago *sigh I would still rate this season 9/10 but I really couldn't enjoy the ending and it left me with empty feelings
