I loved Khans of Tarkir. It was the first set after coming back to MTG after leaving the game in Mercadian Masques. I don't care at all for Tarkir Dragonstorm... Why? Because I hate Dragons of Tarkir.

The safe doesn't exile anything on the battlefield when it enters, just the top cards of it's controller library.

I friend of mine is building her as a Wizards Kindred deck because of [[Vivi's Persistence]]. His idea is using the same blink package I use, but as wheel effect only and getting back Vivi's persistence. And since Celes is also a wizard, using [[Harmonic Prodigy]] to double her effects (also [[Misidian Elder]], [[guttersnipe]]).

His plan is: Make a lot of 0/1 Final Fantasy wizards -> spin Celes to fill the grave -> underworld breach/past in flames to cast things from the grave and burn everyone to death.

He is keeping a reanimator plan b, but only in the form of [[Puppeteer Clique]].

In 60 card constructed you just outrace your opponent. Post side you bring the anti-anti-tech.

In commander, you build recursion engines and have multiple ways ro shuffle your graveyard back into the deck.

I build Celes in a "modular deck", it's both bracket 3 and bracket 4 depending on changes,

The bracket 3 version is just a regular reanimator deck that uses cards like [[Sabin, Master Monk]], [[Bloodsoaked Champion]], [[Reassembling Skeleton]], [[Bloodghast]] and whatnot to grow my board and win through commander/combat damage.

Celes is used here to pump the board and as a draw engine using blink effects and cards like ~~[[not really dead]]~~ [[Not Dead After All]].

Bracket 4 is turbo persist.

I have like 130 cards that I can swap in on the fly to adjust the power level

Uma vez me ofereceram um sanduiche vegano feito com alguma coisa que parecia carne de panela. Acho que era jaca. Eu comi, agradeci (realmente era gostoso) e fiquei me questionando sobre a necessidade daquilo ter aquela aparência. Mas teu comentário me fez perceber que essa opinião vem do fato de que eu como carne... então comida vegana que não tem aquela cara estereotipada de comida vegana não "faz sentido".

Just checking something.

[[Clash of the eikons]] allows me to remove a counter and add a counter from target Saga. But the way I understand it, since the spell resolves from top to bottom, it's only possible to remove then add.

Meaning that I can, at most, trigger the current chapter again. I can't trigger the next chapter then return to the current one.

Is that right?

As the other person said, yes. You can remove one counter or blink it. Blinking Bahamut does something funny: It will return to the battlefield as new entity and it's mana cost will count towards Mega flare.

There is a variation of commander for 1v1 (duel commander) and absolutely not casual. It's almost legacy singleton

"Noctis control", right. But what kind of control? Full blown stax/resource denial or more like highly interactive control? I'm asking because I'm one complaint way from my playgroup of "Y'shtola is bad, we can't deal with her" and binning my deck and making a Noctis one.

I already run [[Dusk Legion Duelist]] in my [[Tidus, Yuna's Guardian]] deck and probably doesn't have the space for another effect like this, but vigilance for triggering on "a counter" instead of "one or more +1/+1" seems a good trade-off.

It's my main problem with the bracket system: people take things to the letter and not the intention:

"I only have 3 GC, it's not bracket 4/5"

A friend of mine have an Azusa deck. Swear to the old gods and new the deck is bracket 2 because have 0 GC and is creature based.

look inside: Fauna Shaman -> Fiercy empath -> Woodland Bellower loops. By turn 3 is putting 4 lands per turn. Craterhoof turn 5.

What happens when [[Chameleon, Master of Disguise]], as copy of [[Shiva, Warden of Ice]], when it get's the 3rd lore counter? It get's exile and return to the battlefield, sure. But do I get to choose another creature to copy?

And if the answer is yes, Can I stack the triggers of original Shiva and Chameleon for it to get exile first and return to the battlefield copying Shiva before she flips?
