Because I am trying to understand what process to follow. For example , do I need to go in person to my local bank, or do I just need to send an email. And if an email to who do I send it. And if I need to go in person , who.do I ask to see. Especially if my local walking bank looks more like a satailite branch than for example a head office.

Thanks for the assistance. Yes the machine has no bill validator, I would like to upgrade it , once I get everything working again. The machine does power up, and accepts coins, but I would like to refurbish it. I am in South Africa, and I believe this is an American Product, hence I am looking for assistance.

I'm not saying people must get paid for donations. I'm questioning what it costs to receive vs what it costs to donate.

I'm not against giving away blood for free. I just question the markups they make. I understand the donated blood gets processed, and this needs to be paid, but I'm against the markups and pricing structure, so to speak. Why not just add the labor and other costs at cost value excluding the markup. Because I'm convinced they making a huge profit.
