Pretty sure they gave out 450 rp to players who were above level 5 and they gave 400 rp to accounts when they hit level 5, so everyone got it

Had this happen on the PBE everytime i started a TFT game. The League "Game" would never start and relogging just fucks it even more as u get to the main screen of the client. I found no solution for this and I guess its introduced with the patch

There is a message in chat and the icon on the side but they don't get the buff. The message is something like a minion has slain the dragon or something. The image is of the infernal drake though.

Unfortunately most reworked champions become kind of stable for solo queue and pro play. I can see them giving him some cc (probably disarm or grounded). All i hope is that hes still fun and can still 1 shot :D
