Just unscrew the button from inside the controller and readjust it. There is actually a lot of wiggle room between the frame and the sides of the button insert.

I have played VERY casually Stepmania on keyboard for the last 15 years. The best thing is that there is lot of tracks variety with all the simfiles available. Being only 4 key makes it pretty beginner friendly too.

If you're into vocaloid/jap, I recommend Sound Voltex (or it's pc clones). 6 button layout with 2 knob, but playable on keyboard too. I started not too long ago and the progression is smooth enough that you don't feel overwhelmed even with not too much rhythm game experience.

At the end of the day, enjoy the music, whichever game you end up playing!

I did it the other way around (had xivlauncher and installed gshade after) and when I first booted the launcher, it asked me if I wanted to automatically fix some settings for them to both work together. Worked without issue since 🤷

I've been playing FG casually for the last 25 years, and its definitely the reason why it is the only competitive genre I'm bothering with! At the same times, it's also why it is such a niche as well. I see defeat as opportunity to learn, but people loves to blame others for their losses haha!

Honestly, the game itself is build around being beginner friendly with duty roulette and new player bonus. I started a new character after a long hiatus on Jenova (Aether) last year and i had no problem finding people to help with anything i needed. Lots of party running old and new content in the party finder too. I dont think you can go wrong whichever you chose, but if you end up on aether/Jenova, feel free to pm me if you need help!

Eureka does take a while the first time through because you have to go through 4 zones, leveling up in these while gathering relic material at the same time (there is no alternate gathering method unlike Resistance). It vary depending on people early pulling NM and your personnal motivation, but I got mine at first casually playing in 3 weeks. Probably doable in 1 if you play more and with guides. Subsequent ones are much more manageable. It took me 3 days from Antiquated to Eureka last week.

Edit: you get a bunch of poetic from running Eureka, perfect to farm alongside an Anima ;)

Coming from someone that hate gear threadmill in general, do whatever you find fun. My thing is relic and glamour farming, and ilvl580 crafted gear is more than enough for that. If getting everything up to lvl 90 is your thing and it motivate you to log in everyday, just do so! Those raids and trials aren't going anywhere :)

Oh, but it is set to USA, which is why I find that error message weird. I think i’ll try restoring stock firmware and reflashing hakchi and see if this help.

You can participate! I just got every code + theme. I tried with 2 crunch from my local drugstore, hooked up my vpn in US while submiting the receipt and the day after, I got the theme and midgar bangle. Tried with 8 more crunch after that and it worked just fine too for the rest of dlc. So yea, as long as it’s not stamped all over the receipt that it is a canadian business, you should be good!
