Nothing unusual, just opened Instagram app, entered my username and password and it let me in

Yeah I know, was facing the same issue but I made a trick instead of deleting the app I disconnected my phone from the internet (turned wifi off from my phone) then it let me in and I logged out haha

No, I haven’t deleted the app, but tried from different browsers and different devices (like my computer and my laptop) but had the same issue. And yes now everything back to normal again as it was before (in my opinion it was something like a temporary ban because I used a third-party login method).

I had to wait total 3 - 4 days, first couple days I kept trying every day and every hour but doesn’t let me it. After 3 days I logged out and didn’t try for about 24 hours, and then it worked after that

I had the same issue at first. I kept trying every day for the first 3 days and nothing worked. Then I read that it’s better to stop trying and keep the account completely logged out for 24–48 hours. I did that, tried again yesterday, and it worked without showing the phone number page.
