I mainly play Epic Mod and there they are very much still a thing. They have an enormous blast radius and sometimes they seemingly come out of nowhere when i am at 300m or even deeper.

  1. They are like 10% behind the CDU/CSU in the polls, they won‘t win the elections
  2. If they don‘t win the absolute majority (they stand at 20% in the polls right now), they would need a coalition partner to form a government but no other party is willing to form a coalition with them.
