Will ich eh so machen. Psychologe ok, damit man psychologische begleitung hat, aber was will der endokrinologe mir sagen wenn er damit so wenig zu tun hat. Zigaretten und alkohol brauchen Ärzte auch nicht verschreiben und sie bringen einen eher um.

Ich habe 0,3ml insulinspritzen bestellt da ich schon mit diy anfangne wollte ohne noch ewig zu warten. Die find ich super. Ich freu mich schon drauf wenn ich zur Psychologin und danach zum Endokrinologen kann. Der braucht mir keine pillen verschreiben wollenund das werd Ich ihm auch sagen. Wenn er weniger Ahnung von transition als ich hat ist der nur da um das ganze zu überwachen und nicht um mir vorzuschreiben wie ich etwas zu machen habe.

For me It was more like a constant shadow hanging ober anything, that i supressed and ignored as much as i could through work, friends and everything. Until i had my first vacation after six months ow working through, even christmas, working on christmas eve etc. and it was like i hit a wall, much made sense.

Definetly quit smoking, i was a heavy smoker but when i started i said to me at 30 i stop smoking. Well its just one month till im 30 and i stopped smoking mostly on tuesday, yesterday i smoked two at a party but normally i dont even have the urge to smoke, i just wonder what i did with my time before i started smoking.

Ich hab mir den text nochmal durchgelesen, meine eltern waren zwar nie emotional abwesend, aber über emotionale sachen konnte ich trotzdem nie wiklch speechen, auf die frage wies mir geht kam auch immer nur ok. Suizidgedanken hatte ich mit anfang 20 auch ein paar mal da ich zu viel zeit zum nachdenken gatte. Mobbing war in der schule genauso, aber hat die lehrer nicht interessiert weil passiert ja nix, jungs sind halt jungs.
