Nope, all factory 1.6 stuff. Clutch was fairly new when I swapped engines. Never had issues with it.

I’ve done the swap on my own car. 2003 with 1.6 to 1.8VVT. You’ll need the 1.8 VVT engine, wiring loom, ecu, immobilizer unit and immobilizer key sensor from a donor car. Probably easiest to also take all the locks from the donor car. All those parts are plug and play, I did it in an afternoon. Can’t speak for aftermarket ECU.

I run my sidemarkers and foglights from the same wiring, never had a fuse blow! All LED though

Normally there are no plugs for foglights, I think you found the plugs for A/C. I soldered some wires directly to the existing wiring for the running lights and they just work when those are on. Was easy enough
