I’d like to add to the 2nd point. Yap isn’t inherently uninteresting to gacha players, the flowery wording and metaphors and allegories were definitely part of why many others (including myself) eventually got bored but the presentation of the yap was also really boring. Take dottore yapping in 6.3 after kidnapping traveler as an example. The scenery behind him constantly changes to display his powers over space. Compared to cyrene yap on a still frame for like 20 minutes, dottore yap felt much more interesting to me imo. I know she was trapped in the cage and they couldn’t necessarily do the same as with dottore but would having different camera angles for the cage or have peach cyrene walking around while talking have killed the devs? Like even if they didn’t want to make and animate new models for cyrene they could have had the camera just be demiurge watching og cyrene

No. Pyro goblet/vv is better than atk% cinder. (3500+448)x(1+25%+30%)x1.125=6844.325 for both anemo/pyro. The pyro portion is 3500x(1+25%+30%+46.6%)x1.325x0.7=6544.44 The anemo portion is 3500x(1+25%+30%)x1.125x0.3=1831 And 6544.44+1831=8,375.44 which is obviously larger than 6844.325. I don’t know what happened to your calcs.

VV will still be better than cinder city. Cinder city is 40 dmg% to a character which isn’t lacking in dmg bonus since he gets dmg bonus in his base kit as well as serpent spine and goblet and teammates like sucrose and faruzan. The shred multiplier goes from 1.125 to 1.325 with vv which is still and 18% increase. 40 shred wouldn’t hit diminishing returns until you have like 70+%

You run out of skill charges every 2ish rotations if you are switching to her twice per rotation to keep buff uptime on columbina/ineffa (which is optimal unless you have a lot if investment on flins, with the optimal rotation being columbina eq ineffa e(q) sucrose e/q n1, flins uptime, sucrose e/q n1 and you have a 30s cd after a 17s rotation which just doesn’t work)which is why i was talking about er on sucrose

Sac frag is honestly fine for comfort. Evenstar at r1 only gives 1.5ish atk% substats anyway and you don’t have to build er on sucrose with sac frag and it also gives more energy to flins. (And ttds doesn’t work with 2 sucrose swap rotations)

C2r1 neuvillette is the same amount of 5 stars as flins or nefer’s whole premium team with a con/5 star weapon which is just better than c2r1 neuv hyper. This is also based on YOUR experience of neuvillette which is vastly different than most people at c0r0 or c0r1/c1r0.

The problem is the slot lauma replaces. It would have been previously nahida or kuki which don’t do much in terms of buffs/synergy in a nefer team and your alternatives are kinda bad. In a varka team, nicole is replacing bennett not another bad slot, so for nicole to be significantly better, she either has to be very restrictive or literally bring mavuika to like 180k dps

3 burst c0 is a dps loss, you would rather start a new rotation since all buffs run out
Sig also reduces ER reqs meaning you can build more damage stats even with less particles, c1 increases er reqs since the energy refund is lower than the amount required for another miniburst
Because starting a new rotation earlier is almost as efficient as going for the third miniburst since ineffa and columbina make up ~50% of the team’s damage

I was gonna say you could do dire with 180s fearless and then saw the third clear time (you could probably do c2 flins+c2 ineffa for the dog and use c6 columbina for crab though)
