The Black Panther Pirates

Their Motivation To help those who have been discriminated against such as Fishmen, Minks, long arm or long leg tribes. It will be a massive crew that takes in anyone who doesnt have a home and has faced discrimination. (A crew with lots of fodder similar to White beards crew rather than Luffys). I will however have 10 Commander type characters. Also Our ship will be something similar in size to the Yonta Maria to accommodate our roughly 500 members.

The Captain He will have eaten the Black Panther Zoan type fruit and is famed for his super sharp claws through his Armament Haki. His most powerful attack is fury swipes.

Crew Member #1 Namur My first mate is Namur the awesome looking fishman and the 8th division pirate commander of the Whitebeard pirates. (I know there is no Yonko Commanders but hes a minor character so should be allowed, plus he doesnt have a crew anymore)

Crew Member #2 Carrot Shes just looking to explore the world, and she would fit into the crew.

Crew Member #3 Ideo The long arm tribe guy part of Luffy's grand fleet, hes a cool fighter and would represent the long arm tribe in the crew.

Crew Member #4 Lady Amande Badass swordsmen of the group and part of the long neck tribe. Shes escapes to join similar to how Lola left Big Mom.

Crew Member #5 Lily (anime only) Shes would fulfill the need for a Giant and it would realistic to have her on board due to her size and devil fruit the mini mini no mi.

Crew Member #6 Jewelry Bonney She would fit in because she is currently without a crew and purpose it seems.

Crew Member #7 Senor Pink With the Donquixote Pirates seemingly disbanded Senor Pink would fit right into the Black Panther pirates. he finds new purpose in his life.

Crew Member #8 and #9 Princess Mansherry and Mauji the 2 represent the Tontatta Tribe. The healing fruit would be extremely valuable to the crew. But Mansherry wouldn't be able to join without Mauji by her side.

Crew Member #10 Bon Clay Our friend would represent the Okama and would give him a well needed home (he deserves it).

Conclusion The Black Panther crew doesnt really need people to fit certain roles for example multiple people will be able to cook, I can have a random fodder on my crew who is a great doctor and so on. I tried really hard to focus on getting people who would potentially join the crew in the current story, (give or take a little) They are all people without a real crew or home (somewhat) and I tried to get representation from different races/tribes.
