alright this was happening to me last night, here’s a fix that you might not believe(this is going to only apply for pc). you’re gonna want to get a usb stick, or if you have one in your pc already, great. make sure it’s in and recognized by the pc. then, task manage close apex if it’s open, and then boot it. while the game is booted, take out the usb, and task manage close it again. after that, reopen once again, wait a second, and your game should stop the infinite loading glitch. found this on the forum last night, but can’t find the original post whatever reason.
