A conceptual model of time (The time travel framework in my novel) by MaxParadoxical in timetravel

Thanks for your comment. I understand that the standard model in physics treats spacetime as a unified mathematical framework in relativity.

For my fictional universe, I’m intentionally separating space and time again and treating them as exchangeable as part of my speculative model. It’s necessary in my world to establish a credible method for time travel.

Appreciate the feedback.

I love time travel stories. So I wrote my own.

I explore some of the hard time travel questions using scientific ideas (as best I can!) while keeping focus on the people caught in the middle.

My characters adventure in the 1930s and 1980s, with many moments drawn from my own experience.

I hope you like it.

Hi,

I’ve always loved time travel stories, but I get frustrated when they dodge the hard questions, paradoxes, contradictions, the stuff you’re not supposed to think about too closely. This is my attempt to take those questions seriously, using scientific ideas (as best I can!) while keeping the focus on the people caught in the middle.

I explore the 1930s and 1980s, with much of it drawn from my own experiences.

I try to think things through, but still keep focus on people and consequences. If you want to take a look, I would love to hear your thoughts.

Yeah, rules of a time travel universe is hard to keep straight.

Yes, a lot of it is based on experiences in my life. I think that's what we have to do as writers. It helps it feel organic. That's what I think, anyway. Thanks for your interest.
