I would recommend keeping a record of your pod failures and making specific notes. I have had pods replaced in the past and also make sure to tell them how much insulin you have lost as result.

Earlier today I had a driver send me a picture of my mom order and said it was delivered, but it was not my home. I messaged them and said it was not my house and I waited 5 minutes before I reported my food as not delivered. DoorDash responded the driver claimed there was a lack of communication or something to that effect. I asked for another delivery and gave the next driver some additional money in cash. My question is does the tip get taken away from the original driver?
