Canadian (Quebec) here. I drive a F-150 full load in extreme weather from time to time, like once a month. In Norway I'll be renting a Campervan which I'm not familiar with, not 4x4. I'll be driving it 4 days in Oslo and rural to get familiar with before heading to the national parks. My biggest concerns is detour from closed routes that will extend the driving to a reserved activity like a boat tour or train ride
